Who we are
Apployent is the interview platform the company uses to run this assessment. We are not the employer, and this site is not a job board. The company that sent the invitation is the one hiring. If you have questions about privacy or terms of use, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What we do
Hiring teams send an Apployent link when they want you to complete an interview for a role. You open that link, finish the session, and submit. The company that invited you receives your responses.
Candidate portal
We are actively working on features to help candidates discover roles, prepare for interview, and get hired. Public testing and a waitlist are not open yet. Please check back later. When that is available, you will be able to sign up for an account or join the waitlist directly on the Candidate Portal.
The invitation
Apployent sends the invitation from noreply@apployent.com. The link looks like this:
https://apployent.com/guest/interview?invitation=…
Do not open the message or click the link if the sender is not that address, or if the link is not on apployent.com/guest/interview. Only continue if you applied to that job and you recognize the company. You can start and finish from that link. An Apployent account is not required.
What the assessment is like
You complete it on your own time. There is no live interviewer on the call. The company chooses the questions. Follow the instructions on the screen. When you are done, submit in the session. You do not need a separate email or file unless the company asks for one.

I do not recognize Apployent. Is this a real interview?
See The invitation above. If the sender and the link match, and you applied to that job, it is the company's interview hosted on Apployent. Questions about the role should go to the company who invited you.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the invitation link and complete the interview there.
I never received a link, or it no longer works.
Ask the company who invited you to send it again. Apployent cannot resend an employer's invitation. More on contact.
Who sees my responses?
